The Creation of IAFPP
After the turn of the century (2000) foreclosures
started to increase.
In January 2006 the
'Illinois Association
Of
Foreclosure Prevention Professionals' was created.
Within the first year, the demand for
information from homeowner's was so
signifigant, that it became more than one person alone
could handle.
It became neccesary for the benifit of
all
to create an educational and resources website, thus
www.IllinoisAssociationOfForeclosurePreventionProfessionals.org
was created
to place the most current
education, knowledge, and resources
of foreclosure information at the publics internet
doorstep.
Because the name was so long,
we created a shortcut name:
www.IAFPP.com
The 'IAFPP' was created to be
a homeowner
education, knowledge base, and
resource center.
In 2009, there were 86,724 visits to the
website.
In 2006, when the IAFPP first opened,
we charged a fee for this service.
However, in 2007, after the 'Illinois Mortgage
Rescue Fraud Act'
was placed into law,
we dropped our fee
and have been offering 'NO
COST' foreclosure education
and assistance to homeowner's.
Homeowners can view the 'Illinois Mortgage Rescue Fraud Act'
on the IAFPP website.

Since the beginning, the IAFPP has held the
mental, physical, and social status of each individual homeowner as most important during the
foreclosure process.
The IAFPP has developed many philosophies that we believe
are essential for giving outstanding service. We have included a few
here.
“To treat
others as you would like to have others treat you.”
We know
there is nothing new about this, and we know that many companies and people say that this
is the rule they live by, but we have steadfastly honored this rule since
2006.
We don’t
just provide education;
We build
relationships.
It gives us a genuine
satisfaction to meet and help you
in some meaningful way.
The entire staff
of the IAFPP is knowledgeable
and sensitive to your needs.
Their focus is on
making the process as comfortable as possible.
-
They explain everything to
you,
-
keep you informed,
-
include you in the decision making
process,
-
and always return your phone
calls.
Check our resources area, there you will find links to many helpful
services.
Please contact
us if you need
anything or if you would just like to get to know us.
We appreciate your business and
referrals.
Most if not all your
questions will be answered here.
We are not
attorneys,
so the website, www.IllinoisAssociationofForeclosurePreventionProfessionals.org
has been written in laymen's terminology
in a educational report format
that will educate homeowners
with the entire foreclosure process
and the possible remedies and solutions.
The website reflects
our experience
of assisting homeowner's.
