Foreclosure Laws - for the publi...
Foreclosure laws are being created by the state law makers to protect the public. But from who? These laws seem to be driving away the vary people and organizations that really want to help, and leaving the public left with only people and organizations that treat the homeowners in need of help as diseased, soon to be lost soles, with little or no support. The so called approved agencies are swamped with applicants, offer little advise and usually no on-going support. The ones that charge money and/or get paid by the government to help consumers, seem to only want to get consumers signed up so they can collect the fee...then what..."don't call us we'll call you" attitude?
